There are innumerable books written by the different legal luminaries and authors on the Code of Civil Procedure. But still there are certain things, which always invite debates in the courts, and legal activists have not been unanimous. Since 1977, while working on civil side, I found that many topics vex the judges and lawyers. Different judges have been holding different views on one and the same matter.
