Neha Pathakji

Neha Pathakji is an Associate Professor of Law at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad, where she has been teaching taxation laws since 2009. She also heads the Centre for Tax Law at NALSAR University.

She writes and researches extensively on taxation laws, disability rights, and corporate social responsibility. She has authored books with national and international publishing houses.

She was awarded the ‘Cegla Fellowship’ by The Buchman Faculty of Law, Tel Aviv University, Israel, and the ‘Van Calker’ scholarship by the Swiss Institute of Comparative Law, Lausanne, Switzerland. She was a resource person for the tax component of the Annual Refresher Programme in Teaching (ARPIT, Swayam). Also, she delivered lectures for Indian Revenue Service trainee officers National Academy of Direct Taxes (Nagpur).
