He has vast experience in Corporate Laws, SEBI-related compliances, Stock Exchange related compliances, and dealing with matters of RoC and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

He has edited various articles, journals, and editorials and has also been nominated on various expert committees for advising on matters of Corporate Law. He regularly contributes articles on corporate matters in newspapers and professional journals and speaks on Company Law matters.

He was the Chairman of the Kanpur Chapter of NIRC of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
