Shruti Goyal

Dr Shruti Goyal, Associate Professor of Law at Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab, has been a part of the faculty since 2010, teaching undergraduate and postgraduate students. She holds a PhD in Law from the same university, where her research focused on ‘White Collar Crimes: An Analytical Study’. Dr Goyal is also a recognized solicitor in the Society of England and Wales and a life member of the Indian Society of Criminology.

Dr Goyal has made significant contributions to legal scholarship, with over 40 publications in her name, including research papers, journal articles, and book chapters. She has developed MOOCs for postgraduate legal education under e-PG Pathshala and has led a significant research project on Human Rights funded by the National Human Rights Commission.
