Commercial’s Haryana New Labour & Industrial Code Along with Draft Rules Edition 2022

The Labour Department, Haryana on September 16, 2021 has issued Draft Industrial Relations (Haryana) Rules, 2021. The Rule will extend to the whole of the State of Haryana in respect of the industrial establishments or undertakings and matters for which the State Government is the appropriate Government.

The Provisions under the Industrial Relations (Haryana) Rules, 2021 are as follows: –

• In the case of an employer, by the employer himself, or by his authorized agent, or when the employer is an incorporated Company, or other body corporate, by the agent, manager or other principal officer of the corporation
