Key Features :

FAQs on Arbitration in India aims to demystify arbitration by providing answers to what, why, how, when, and whom of arbitration. The book is presented in a Question & Answer format and covers the entire process of arbitration, from the drafting of contracts to the appointment of arbitrators, and the issuance of arbitral awards. To provide context, the book also explains and compares arbitration with mediation and conciliation. Since the book is written for corporates, business owners, legal & non-legal professionals and students, the authors have explained the concepts in simple, everyday language so that the book may be used as a ready-reference to answer the most basic, yet important questions in arbitration.
